MOSCOW, Mar 16 (PRIME) -- Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom can pay dividends in 2023 but the government has the last say, President Mikhail Oseyevsky told reporters on Thursday.
“We have the capacity for it, but the final decision rests with the government,” Oseyevsky said.
In 2022, Rostelecom’s shareholders approved dividends for 2021 at 4.56 rubles per share, or 15.9 billion rubles in total, which accounts for 50% of the 2021 net profit, calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards.
